Learn BotMarketing Before Your First Recommendation
By BotMarketing.pro published updated
A beginner marketer can repeat a service's feature list without knowing what the buyer does or where the seller receives an order. Before recommending the product, follow one small workflow from both sides and record what has actually been verified.
This BotMarketing learning route covers a product card, cart, order and seller decision. Its result is an evidence log and an explanation of one business task. It is a learning exercise, not a customer case or a promise of income after a fixed training period.
Choose a learning task before configuring an account
A fictional workshop sells two finished mugs of one variant. A buyer needs to read the description, select one mug and leave a collection preference. The seller needs to receive the order, check the item and agree collection. Producing another batch, personal engraving and delivery are outside this example.
That boundary separates product knowledge from a general tour of the interface. Write the question first: “Can I display a finished item and receive an order with a comment?” If the intended customers do not use Telegram, this route's fit for the business remains unproven. Check the audience in its actual market.
Learn the catalogue and orders in a company account; the seller dashboard supplies an affiliate link and referral records. Check access conditions and the selected subscription's features before setup. Having an affiliate link does not mean you have learned the customer product. Label learning data as such and do not use somebody else's customer details.
Follow a product order in BotMarketing from both sides
Use a learning company account available to you, with its bot connected and Mini App enabled. You need products, the cart and orders for this route; there is no need to inspect every feature in one pass.
- Create a clear product. Under “Items and services”, choose a goods category and add the mug's name, photo, variant description, price and stock of 2. Enable ordering. An empty stock field means unlimited availability, so it does not represent two finished items.
- Check the buyer's selection. Open the card in the Telegram Mini App, read the offer and add one mug to the cart. Check quantity and total. Separately verify that quantity cannot exceed available stock and record the actual message you see.
- Submit a learning order. Add the comment “I would like to collect on Saturday; time to be agreed” and complete ordering. Keep the order number and customer-side result. A preference in a comment does not reserve a collection time or confirm payment.
- Read the order as the seller. Under “Orders” in the company dashboard, find the record, item, quantity and comment. Compare stock before and after submission. Agree collection availability, time and payment method, then update the working record. Order submission does not make those arrangements for the seller.
The local-goods catalogue guide explains product information, availability and staff actions in detail. Services need a different route from the goods cart; this order does not establish knowledge of reservations.
Complete an evidence log
The table is an assignment for your check, not results already obtained. Record a date, source and status for each row: “checked personally”, “supported by documentation” or “not checked”. Leave the conclusion open when a step is incomplete.
| Step | Evidence | What it lets you explain | What remains unknown |
|---|---|---|---|
| Product card | Actual card image, its settings and the date. | How the buyer learns the variant, price and availability. | Whether a real customer understands it. |
| Cart | Selected quantity, total and response to exceeding stock. | Product selection and quantity limits. | Other sales channels' behaviour. |
| Submission | Learning order number, comment and customer-side result. | Which information reaches the seller. | Whether collection and payment are agreed. |
| Company dashboard | Item, quantity, comment and stock after the order. | Where the seller continues the work. | External inventory and physical collection. |
| Zero stock | Card state and ordering attempt with stock set to 0. | Unavailable-item behaviour. | When another batch can be produced. |
A future review needs evidence matching the experience claimed. Google's high-quality review guidance recommends supporting experience with your own materials and explaining benefits and drawbacks. An image found on a merchant's site is not evidence of your personal test.
Check zero stock separately
In a separate learning check, set stock to 0 and view the card as a buyer again. Ordering an unavailable item should be restricted. Keep the observation without concluding that the service synchronises every workshop sale; information from other channels needs separate reconciliation.
A comment saying “make two more mugs” does not automatically create a manufacturing order. Made-to-order work requires a separate process with its own scope, timeframe and agreement.
Interpret the owner's task using the observations
The problem in this fictional exercise is incomplete messages, rather than “too few customers”: the seller cannot tell which mug is wanted, how many or what collection terms are agreed. A card explains the offer, the cart records the choice and an order passes information to the seller. Checking that route does not show how much sales would grow.
Compare it with manual messaging: what information previously needed clarification, and what is now visible in the order? Consider the work needed to maintain cards and stock separately. If production, packing or collection still needs agreement, include that in the explanation of value.
Learning wording example: “If a workshop sells finished items to existing Telegram customers, BotMarketing can display a product with finite stock and receive an order with quantity and a comment. The seller finds it in the company dashboard and agrees collection and payment. Custom production and outside sales need separate work.”
For a learning portfolio, record: task—order a finished mug; setup—product, stock, bot and Mini App; buyer—cart and comment; seller—order review; evidence—your links and date; unknowns—real demand and business results. Do not replace those fields with an invented customer name or growth percentage.
Avoid claims this walkthrough does not verify
- “I learned the entire service.” A goods order does not test service bookings, messaging campaigns, loyalty or other workflows.
- “Every customer will use Telegram.” A learning account does not establish audience habits.
- “Collection and payment happen automatically.” A buyer's comment does not replace agreement or confirmed payment.
- “Inventory is synchronised across all platforms.” One product-card check does not prove external integrations.
- “Sales will increase after setup.” Following a form does not measure sales, retention or return on cost.
- “This is my customer case.” A learning simulation remains a learning exercise; it does not establish work for a real business.
When an answer is unknown, name what needs checking: a feature, setting, subscription condition or customer behaviour. Describe documented capabilities with their source while keeping them separate from personal experience.
Prepare a first recommendation after checking
One clear explanation is enough for a first piece: who the route suits, which task it serves, what needs setup and what the business still does. Give the reader useful instructions even if they do not follow your link. The SaaS offer-fit guide helps select an audience.
Readiness follows evidence rather than a week count: you can show the steps, separate observation from documentation and list unknowns. If a key step is incomplete, resolve it first. Do not promise yourself or readers income within the learning cycle.
Check the affiliate link separately
Copy your personal link from the partner dashboard, preserve friend and inspect the final destination. Explain beside it: “I may receive commission if you register through my link and pay for the service.” On your own website, qualify the commercial link with rel="sponsored". Do not replace the customer journey with seller recruitment.
A new seller has 30% during the first year from the referred customer's registration and 5% subsequently; check your own terms and company-account rates separately. The friend cookie lasts 30 days, but browsers, later partner links and partner promo codes can affect attribution. A learning mug order is not a subscription payment, and “To pay” is not a completed payout. The partner programme rules explain the details.
