The BotMarketing partner programme lets you recommend the service to small businesses and receive commission on referred customers' payments. To assess the offer, separate five events: a link visit, customer registration, a confirmed payment, commission accrual and payout. A registration alone is not earnings.

This guide explains the verified rules, a practical route through the service and an illustrative calculation. Use it to reconcile commission and show a business owner what BotMarketing can do for their workflow.

What commission is based on and when the first year ends

The partner programme page states 30% in the first year and 5% on subsequent payments. These rates are assigned to a new seller account. Check the percentages in your own partner dashboard before promoting the product: individual terms can differ.

Rules that affect commission
RuleHow it worksWhere to check
First yearStarts when the referred account registers. Payments before the anniversary use the first rate; payments at or after the anniversary use the subsequent rate.Referral registration date and the percentage on the commission record.
Calculation basisConfirmed service payment amount × rate / 100, rounded to two decimal places. The customer's own sales are not the basis.Payment, commission amount, percentage and currency under “Referral payments”.
Repeat paymentsSubsequent confirmed payments by an attributed customer can generate commission. Recurring commission produces no earnings without qualifying payments.New customer payments and their separate commission records.
Accrual and payoutCommissions for the previous month are generated monthly with “To pay” status. The programme page states monthly payouts; “To pay” does not confirm a money transfer.Status and payout date in the dashboard; transfer arrangements with the service.

If a customer waits several months after registration to buy a subscription, their first year does not restart. You cannot assume twelve future monthly payments at 30% without checking their registration date.

How to use BotMarketing with a referred business

Start with a specific business workflow. For a nail technician, demonstrate a visit request and a duration check before confirmation, rather than promising that a bot will handle every decision.

  1. Open your partner dashboard. Follow the seller registration link from the programme page. After signing in, copy your personal referral link and check your rates. If you already have a company account, confirm its partner terms: a referral section does not automatically mean seller rates apply.
  2. Prepare a useful demonstration. In a company account, create a service with its scope, price and duration, enable reservations and configure the schedule. Check that the subscription includes the features required. The seller dashboard handles recommendations and commission records; business configuration takes place in the company account.
  3. Show both sides of a request. In the Telegram Mini App, a customer chooses a service and time and submits a request with a comment. Company staff see the requested reservation and linked order, clarify removal or nail art and confirm a suitable option. A comment does not automatically extend the service duration. The nail booking guide provides a detailed example.
  4. Share your link with the business owner. Use the address copied from your dashboard so a new customer can explore the product and register. A seller registration link recruits a partner; a business owner needs a product link containing your friend parameter. Check it before publishing and preserve that parameter when formatting the link.
  5. Reconcile registration and payment. Check the referred account and its confirmed payments in your partner dashboard. The customer configures their business independently or with agreed assistance. Referral attribution does not grant access to their customer database or permission to change their settings.
  6. Check the commission record. Under “Referral payments”, match the customer, payment amount, percentage, commission, status and payout date. Resolve discrepancies before querying a transfer; link clicks are not a substitute for these records.

Why a link visit may not produce the expected attribution

The friend value is kept in a cookie for 30 days and attribution takes place when a new account registers. A different browser, deleted cookies or a later partner link can affect the result. Visiting a link after registration does not reassign an existing account to you.

An active promo code assigned to a partner takes priority over friend during customer registration. If you offer a promo code alongside a link, confirm whose code it is first. UTM tags describe a visit source; they do not replace the referral code.

An illustrative calculation with a refund

Assume an account registered on 10 January 2026 at 12:00 UTC, your rates are 30% and 5%, and each payment considered is $100. This is an example amount, not a current price, average spend or forecast. The final column is our own provisional estimate, excluding a disputed refunded payment until reconciliation.

Illustrative calculation in one currency, USD
PaymentAmountRateCalculationKnown outcomeIn estimate
10 Feb 202610030%30Confirmed, no refund.30
10 Mar 202610030%30Fully refunded; needs reconciliation.0
10 Jan 2027, 12:00 UTC1005%5Confirmed at the anniversary.5

The provisional total for the two undisputed rows is 30 + 5 = $35. It excludes your expenses and taxes and is neither profit nor confirmation of money received. Do not add different currencies without specifying a conversion rate.

A refund needs reconciliation; payout needs its own check

The zero in the refunded row is a cautious modelling assumption. It does not mean BotMarketing automatically cancels an existing commission. If a customer receives a refund, reconcile the specific payment and commission with the service, clarify the review procedure and keep disputed amounts out of received earnings.

The dashboard has “To pay”, “Paid” and “Canceled” statuses. Check the payout date and actual receipt in the agreed account separately. The affiliate income calculation guide provides a broader model; verify the current terms of each entry.

Questions to settle before recommending the service

Confirm the available payout method, minimum amount, transfer fees, required details and specific schedule with the service. A monthly payout period on the programme page does not answer all these questions. Record your rates and agreed terms, particularly if you recommend the product through a company account.

Disclose your interest to readers: “If you register through my link and pay for the service, I may receive a commission.” Let the business owner try the described workflow and review a suitable subscription. Their purchase decision, length of use and future payments remain uncertain.
