BotMarketing.pro helps companies manage customer databases, messages, orders, bookings, loyalty programs, and integrations with external services, including Telegram and Instagram.

Data We Process

We may process names, contact details, identifiers in connected channels, message history, order and booking details, loyalty accruals, and company settings.

Instagram and Meta Data

When a company connects Instagram, BotMarketing.pro receives only the data authorized by the account administrator through official OAuth or Instagram Login. This may include an Instagram professional account ID, username, profile data, incoming messages, comments, and technical webhook events.

We use this data only for customer support workflows, request history, replies, and connection diagnostics. We do not sell Instagram data or use it for hidden profiling.

Storage and Protection

Integration tokens are stored separately from the user interface and are not shown to company staff. Data access is limited by user roles and company settings.

Analytics and Advertising Measurement

Google Analytics and Google advertising technologies are disabled by default until you make a choice in the consent banner. If you allow them and arrive through a Google ad, we may retain the advertising click identifier with your registration and send a server-side conversion result to Google only for advertising measurement. We do not include your email address or other contact details in that conversion request.

Yandex Metrica operates on public pages independently of the Google advertising choice. We may retain Metrica ClientID with your registration and, when you arrive through a Yandex Direct ad, the Yandex click identifier. We may send confirmed registration and payment events to Yandex Metrica for advertising measurement, including the payment amount and currency, without email addresses or other contact details.

Data Deletion

A user or company representative may request deletion of data. Instructions are published on the data deletion page.
