User Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of data connected with BotMarketing.pro and Meta/Instagram integrations.

If You Are a Company Customer

Email info@botmarketing.pro and specify which company or Instagram/Telegram account your data is connected to. We will review the request and delete or anonymize the data we can remove without violating the company's legal obligations.

If You Are a Company Administrator

You can disconnect the Instagram integration in the company dashboard. After disconnection, access tokens are removed and the channel account is marked as disconnected.

What Can Be Deleted

Profile data, external channel identifiers, OAuth tokens, support messages, and related technical events may be deleted or anonymized if they are no longer required for lawful business processes.

Processing Time

We respond to deletion requests within a reasonable time and may ask for additional information to confirm the right to delete the data.
