Destiny matrix Mini App: consultations and digital resources
By BotMarketing.pro published updated
A client buys a destiny-matrix PDF and asks, “When is our call?” Another chooses a consultation but expects a finished personal report. Both misunderstandings start in the product card: “reading,” “material” and “consultation” do not explain the deliverable.
A Mini App can provide a storefront and an ordering route. Separate personal work with the practitioner from a ready-made self-study resource. Below are two purchase paths, two sample cards and a manual delivery workflow. All prices, names, files and dates are fictional. Destiny matrix is treated as a symbolic framework, without reliable prediction, diagnostic, healing or financial outcome claims.
Give the two purchases different paths
- Consultation: scope and terms → time request → practitioner review → appointment confirmation → session and promised summary.
- Ready-made resource: contents and preview → order → payment verification → file delivery → included technical help.
The first path requires practitioner availability. The second does not require a consultation slot: put the file-delivery deadline in the description rather than displaying it as meeting duration. A buyer should not submit a birth date to receive the same workbook everyone gets.
A personalised written reading is a separate service between these formats. It needs an agreed question, necessary source information and a preparation deadline; a call is included only if explicitly listed. If you offer all three, create three distinct items rather than one ambiguous bundle.
Write cards that let a buyer decide
These examples describe a fictional practice. They illustrate scope and fulfilment, not market pricing or universal terms for practitioners.
Service card: a 45-minute individual consultation
- Price: £45 for one appointment, with no subscription.
- Format: a private Telegram call lasting 45 minutes. One agreed question and an explanation of the selected symbols in the framework.
- Preparation: after format selection, explain what information is needed and who can see it. This example uses the client's own birth date and a short question; no partner's details are requested.
- Deliverable: the session and a short written summary within 24 hours afterwards. Call recording and a detailed personal PDF are not included.
- Booking: selected time remains a request until practitioner confirmation. Confirmation states the time zone and contact route.
- Changes: rescheduling, cancellation and refund terms are available before payment and agreed for this service.
Resource card: a 16-page PDF workbook
- Price: £8, a one-time purchase.
- Contents: a terminology glossary, a blank diagram for notes and five reflection exercises. The description shows the contents page and an example without client information.
- Personalisation: every buyer receives the same file. No individual calculation, birth-date reading or private call is included; a birth date is not required to order.
- Delivery: the practitioner manually sends the PDF in the agreed Telegram conversation within 24 hours of verified payment. The downloaded copy can be kept; there is no learning portal access.
- Support: help opening the file for seven days after sending. Personal matrix questions are not included.
- Use: personal reading; the seller owns the file, preview and illustrations or has permission to distribute them. Purchase terms and the route for quality concerns are available before payment.
For a recorded lesson, replace the page count with running time, language, captions, viewing method and access period. For a PDF, test mobile reading and download. Do not describe a set of files as a tutor-supported course when feedback is not included.
Configure the catalogue around the promised format
A BotMarketing item card has a name, price, teaser, description and images. Separate Consultations and Resources into categories. A preview helps selection, but a public gallery is not protected delivery of a purchased file. Do not put a client's personal report there.
A service can have a duration and use a schedule for time requests. For a 45-minute call, set the appropriate interval and check the time zone and available hours. A Mini App reservation request needs processing; do not describe every selected slot as already confirmed.
Goods can use the cart, while services have a separate order action. Decide how the resource order works and who sends the file. A dedicated course type with lessons, progress tracking and certificates is not promised here.
BotMarketing records orders and lets staff process them, mark payment and add internal notes. It is not a destiny-matrix calculator or automatic personal PDF generator. A Fulfilled status does not prove bank payment or that the buyer opened the file; reconcile payment with actual confirmation.
Deliver the correct file and record what was sent
Assign one person to manual fulfilment and follow this sequence:
- Check the order reference and scope: a general resource or a personal service. Establish the agreed delivery channel.
- Match verified payment to the order. A customer screenshot or payment-link click is not a substitute for confirming receipt.
- Check the file, name and version. For personal work, also verify the recipient; do not forward another client's history.
- Send the file manually in the agreed conversation, identifying its contents and the technical-help route.
- Record the file, version, sending time and responsible person in the order note. Complete the order after fulfilment, not merely to clear the queue.
In this fictional example, workbook payment is verified on 24 November 2026 at 12:00 Europe/London. The card requires delivery by 25 November at 12:00. The practitioner sends it on 24 November at 15:00 with this message:
Here is “Destiny Matrix Workbook,” a 16-page PDF, version 2026-11. It is a general self-study resource, without a personal reading or call. If it does not open, reply in this conversation by 1 December, 15:00 Europe/London, and I'll help you receive it.
The seven-day technical-help period starts at sending: 24 November at 15:00 → 1 December at 15:00. Delivery does not establish that someone studied the resource. If the buyer reports a broken file, restore the promised delivery before proposing another purchase.
If an external service handles delivery, test it separately: confirmed payment → correct resource → correct recipient → working access → retry without a second purchase. State that service's actual terms. Do not attribute its capabilities to BotMarketing or promise instant automated delivery merely because a catalogue card exists.
Test expectations before the first sale
Ask a test buyer to describe what each purchase delivers after reading the cards. They should distinguish a call, a personal reading and a general file. Test the orders separately: the resource without a birth date or slot, and the consultation with a time request followed by confirmation.
A fictional appointment confirmation might read:
Alex, your individual Telegram call is confirmed for 30 November 2026, 18:00–18:45 Europe/London. We'll discuss one agreed question; I'll send a short summary by 1 December, 18:45. A personal PDF and call recording are not included. To change the time, reply in this conversation.
A resource buyer can later choose a consultation voluntarily. Do not make the purchased file deliberately incomplete or use threats about destiny or health to sell the next service.
